We expect the event to be enjoyable, but it is important to establish conditions to ensure activities are safe, legal, and enjoyable for all participants.

Network Conditions

To maintain a safe and legal network for all participants, the following conditions apply. By connecting to the FinallyGames Event network, you agree to:

• The network will be monitored by FinallyGames Event Staff technical team. The network is designed for multiplayer gaming and basic communications with other participants.
• Using the network for unauthorized purposes, such as transferring copyrighted material, illegal content, or harmful files, is prohibited.
• Before connecting, you may need to demonstrate that your PC is virus-free. Infected PCs will be removed from the network until proven clean.
• You are provided with one network cable. Bringing personal networking devices (e.g., switches, hubs, wireless access points) is not allowed. Contact the technical team for network issues instead of interfering with the network setup.

Power Conditions

• Only connect your PC, monitor, and related peripherals to the provided power strips. Non-PC items (e.g., microwaves, kettles, chargers) are not allowed.
• Participants are limited to one monitor per person. Speaker systems are not permitted.
• Consoles are allowed but discouraged. Power down your PC before using a console. A designated Console Area may be available—consult event staff for details.

Participant Behavior

Please act respectfully to ensure the event is enjoyable for everyone. Avoid causing intentional damage to property belonging to participants, event staff, or the venue.

Equipment Security

FinallyGames Event Staff and venue staff are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of your property. Take precautions:

• Do not leave small equipment unsupervised.
• Secure larger items to your desk.

Alcohol & Illegal Substances

• Participants under 21 may not consume alcohol on-site. BYOB is allowed for beer and wine only—no hard alcohol. Violation of these rules may result in removal from the event.
• Participants under the influence of illegal substances will be removed and banned from future events.
• Smoking/vaping is prohibited indoors. Designated areas may be available outside.

Minors / Parental Consent

Participants under 18 must have parental or custodial consent. Verify with event staff before attending.

Resulting Actions

Breaching these terms may result in a verbal warning or removal from the event without a refund, based on the severity of the violation as determined by event management.

Cancellations

Notify us promptly if you cannot attend. Refunds are not available for cancellations at any time or for any reason.

Teams for Tournaments

Inform us immediately if a team member cannot attend, so we can reassign your team or find a replacement.

Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable unless prearranged with event staff. Transfers can only occur once between the original buyer and the new ticket holder.
